Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026.

This notice explains how Folio1 Solutions Limited handles personal information supplied through this website and its enquiry form.

Who is responsible for your information?

Folio1 Solutions Limited is responsible for the website and the enquiries made to it. Company number: 16191342. Business address: The Future Works, 2 Brunel Way, Slough SL1 1FQ, United Kingdom.

For enquiries about your personal information, contact info@folio1.solutions or call +44 7799 416217.

Information you provide through the enquiry form

The form asks for your first name, last name, work email address and message. You can also provide your company, telephone number and product or project interest. The page from which you enter the form is included so that the team can understand the context of your enquiry. The form also records your acknowledgement of this Privacy Policy.

The required fields are marked with an asterisk. We need them to identify and respond to your enquiry. Providing an enquiry is voluntary; you can use the email or telephone contact details instead. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential documents in the message.

Gravity Forms processes the submission on this WordPress website. Entries are stored in the website database, with technical submission information including the submission time and IP address. A honeypot is used to help identify automated spam.

Why we use this information

We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply to you, arrange a relevant conversation and keep a record of the correspondence. Our legitimate interests are responding to business enquiries and managing the related communication under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR. Where you personally request steps before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) may apply to those steps.

The required privacy checkbox records that you have read this notice. It does not sign you up to a newsletter or give consent to unrelated marketing.

Who receives an enquiry?

During the website launch, form notifications are sent to marcel@kndr.team at KNDR in Germany to assist Folio1 with handling and testing enquiries. The notification contains the submitted fields and the source-page information. People authorised to manage the website can also access entries in the website database.

Website hosting and email service operators process the information needed to store and transmit it. The existing website hosting information identifies Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. Its privacy information is available at mittwald.de/datenschutz.

The website and enquiry workflow involve processing in Germany as well as the United Kingdom. You can contact Folio1 for information about the providers involved and the applicable arrangements for international transfers.

How long information is stored

The current enquiry form does not have an automatic deletion period configured. Form entries remain in the website database until they are manually deleted. Enquiry notifications are also held in the receiving email account; deleting a website entry does not automatically delete the email copy.

The appropriate retention of an enquiry depends on whether it remains active, leads to a contract, or is needed to meet an applicable legal obligation or deal with a claim. Contact Folio1 if you want information about a particular enquiry or want to request its deletion.

Technical website data and cookies

Delivering and protecting the website involves technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and access times. This information is used to operate the website and investigate faults or misuse. Essential WordPress cookies may be used for authorised sign-in and website administration.

Borlabs Cookie is installed but its consent service is currently disabled. No statistics, marketing or external-media services are configured in that consent system. This notice does not treat installation of a plugin as consent to analytics or advertising.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and the legal basis, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.

Right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may also object to direct marketing at any time.

To exercise a right, contact info@folio1.solutions. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. We would also welcome the opportunity to address your concern directly.
