Our story / Visions start with a visionary.
Udo Schlauch has always been drawn to people who refuse to accept the status quo. People like Charly Delsol and Mathieu Donzel of Zeendoc, and Mathias Horst of Genius Bytes: founders who looked at how things were being done in their fields, decided it could be better, and built companies from nothing that are now home to world-class products used by hundreds of thousands of people every day.
Folio1 exists to carry that story into one more market. Along the way, Udo noticed that some of the best software in Europe never leaves its home market, not because it isn't good enough, but because nobody builds the bridge. Zeendoc and Genius Bytes had already proven themselves at scale. What neither had was a direct route into the UK. That's the gap Folio1 closes.
